I AM BECAUSE WE ARE:
Caring for those who are caring for others
May is Mental Health Awareness Month and we know first hand the impact caring for others can have on professionals across many caregiving fields. Whether you are a professional in the field of mental health, education, health care, social work, or other caring vocation; your mental well being is important to us!
The Meraki Institute of Learning at Tanager Place is partnering with The Restoration Project to provide this special day of reflection, renewal, and rejuvenation just for you.
In the busyness of life, it can be easy to get out of alignment. We are pulled in a thousand directions, have hundreds of demands on our time and we’re trying to care for everyone around us. This day is about you. We will give you time to explore and discover new things about yourself and your deepest intentions, identify what is holding you back, and learn new practices that can improve your life, leadership and work. We will explore concepts together, give you space for reflection and application and bring it all together by exploring our collective intentions and visions for creating positive change.
Meet Your Presenters!
We are excited to welcome Brooke Fitzgerald and Lindsay Leahy along with the entire team at The Restoration Project to lead this experiential workshop.
Brooke is a partner of The Restoration Project, a firm that takes a holistic approach to coaching individuals and consulting organizations to live, lead and work with meaning. She has experience in restaurant management, commercial banking, sales, and most recently owned her own local coffee shop.
Brooke leverages her personal adversity experiences, her natural gifts of energy and compassion, business relationships and connections to help individuals and teams become the best version of themselves. Her intuitive, positive, and customized approach guides clients to be empowered, accountable, and to succeed by whatever definition they deem appropriate for them.
Lindsay is the founder of The Restoration Project, which provides conscious life, leadership and organizational development services that increase awareness, address human issues and challenges clients to become more intentional so positive transformation in the way we live, lead and work can take place.
Lindsay leverages her personal adversity story, natural curiosity, sales expertise, leadership and business strategy experience to get to the root of what’s getting in the way of top performance for leaders and teams. Her reflective, inspirational, and disciplined style challenges people to look inside and determine what’s most important, outline what ideal looks like, and then carry out a plan to get there.
